What is the standard shipping time for furniture and decor?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, though larger furniture pieces may require scheduled freight delivery which can take 10-14 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, CraveHome ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your CraveHome account.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decorative accents and textiles are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
